About...

I've been passionate about health since an early age, and I first began studying formally at the Australian College of Natural Medicine (ACNM, now Endeavour College of Natural Health). As my first interest was in food and diet for health I initially began studying a nutrition-focused course at ACNM. Along this journey, I sparked a passion for essential oils, which led to my completion of the certificate courses in Aromatherapy and Massage. Following this I travelled and completed a Thai Massage course abroad. This led to a strong interest in learning Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). I completed my degree in acupuncture (BHSc Acupuncture) at ACNM in 2006.

I am very passionate about understanding human health and helping people improve their lives with better health. I am a mother to four boys, the youngest two are twins, and enjoy outdoor activities and connecting with nature as much as possible.
